Jens Nilsson (Past Speaker)

Jens Nilsson has been responsible for production and logistics network strategy at McKinsey, Saint-Gobain and Beiersdorf. In the customer-facing supply chain, he has long experience in leading customer service, procurement, planning and logistics locally and internationally.

At both, Saint-Gobain and Beiersdorf, Jens has been focused on service level through a cross-functional approach achieving step-change improvements. He has developed improvement programs based on Lean and Six Sigma, in production as well as in logistics.
