In January 2016 Mr. Formis joined Philips Healthtech leading the distribution logistics for Personal Care and Health Systems. Implementation of internal Philips Control Towers (PCT) at a regional level has been a recent focus of Manuel. Prior Mr. Formis spent six years with Alstom/GE in the Power sector and sixteen years with Honeywell in the automotive sector leading Logistics and distribution respectively.

Mr. Formis earned a degree in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
