+ At Cristal Inorganic Chemical, producing Titaniumdioxid with yearly volume of about 175Kton in Europe - Cristal is one of the largest pigment/TiO2 producers worldwide; continued batch production

+ and IBP Lead for the Ultrafine (Nano) business with yearly volume of about 25Kton globally

Tasks

+ Main task is managing (jointly) cross-functional S&OP/IBP team

+ Balancing different perspectives and seeking for alignment of the different requirements - operation & business

+ Aiming for synchronized Demand, Inventory, Supply Plan - most profitable Business Plan

+ Achieved to build strong collaborative teams and constructive relationships based in different locations and, or regions

 Previous roles

+ Worked in various positions with increasing responsibilities within different business environments - global, international companies such as Whirlpool (home appliances), KODAK (APS camera, films) and DSM (B2B, batch by batch production)

+ Numerous accomplishments of success due to advanced understanding of supply chain strategies, interdependencies, supply capabilities and processes

+ Supervisor experience in leading planning & scheduling team, managing interdisciplinary S&OP/IBP team and working in diversified culture

+ Hold a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim (Germany)

+ Second education way and apprenticeship
